The Dealer/Retailer network is the key “street level” product delivery link to the target customer base. Tremendous responsibility is placed at this level to select the right products but also to service the products after the sale. It is BMG’s position that as a true partner we are committed to providing the Dealer/Retailer network with a full complement of before and after the sale support services. At BMG, we realize that it is the service after the sale that truly defines the long-term success of the product, the Dealer/Retailer, the Distributor, and ultimately, the Manufacturer. We consistently provide that strategic “strong link” between the Manufacturer and Dealer. Without a doubt, longevity in business is sustained with the sale of quality products combined with exceptional service that ultimately results in a satisfied consumer base and a profitable Dealer network.
